Stuey’s Smokehouse Barbecue was the offspring of a backyard passion project turned into a local business. With over 35 years in the restaurant industry at Friend of a Farmer, we began a new venture in Locust Valley and opened Stuey’s in the fall of 2016. 

Specializing in smoked ribs, brisket, pork & chicken, Stuey’s offers a unique and elevated BBQ experience. We source local herbs and spices yielding a fresh and high quality barbecue rub, used on all of our meats and proteins. Our recipes like the jalapeno cornbread, garlic string beans and sweet potatoes have been passed down through generations, bringing an authentic flavor to each menu item. 

We offer weekly specials such as burnt ends, chili, chicken wings, smoked fish dip and many others. Our items sell out quickly, so be sure to call ahead!

We are available for catering, private parties and offer delivery through DoorDash.
